Product Owner Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
• Collaborates with global commercial services partners and customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
• Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including
  analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
• Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer.

• Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
• Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.
• Works with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.
• Partners with sales departments to define the user experience for internal GCS users, including support and monitoring.
• Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
• Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
• Defines and executes go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.
• Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of product or project development experience
• At least 1 year of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
• Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
• Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
• Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.
• Experience with procurement, expense management, and treasury businesses and processes

The Programme Manager is responsible for the success of all the company’s customer projects. The requirement of the role is ensuring the business provides the highest level of quality and drives innovation while ensuring our customer projects are delivered on-time, to budget and exceed the expectations of our customers.

The role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is a member of the Operations Management Team. This role is the ultimate delivery authority within the business, making or delegating all delivery decisions during the delivery phase.

This role is the head of the project and compliance department, therefore responsible for driving improvements throughout the department. Furthermore, as a member of the Operations Management team, you will be driving business-wide improvements.

Programme Responsibilities:

• Directly manage a team of project managers and project support staff
• Manage via project deliverables all technical and non-technical staff – taking into
  consideration non-project workstreams and working with line management
• Sign-off that new hires meet the skills required within the project department
• Developing procedures to ensure that quality standards are met and consistent
• The first point of escalation during the delivery phase
• The delivery supplier owner for all key suppliers and partners in the delivery of solutions
• Ensure that all project risks are managed and alerted appropriately

Skills & Requirements

• Leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects
• Playing a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools and coaching members of the team as needed to optimise the efficiency of the project team
• Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
• Develop the team to ensure quality projects
• A proven track record of successfully implementing projects using Agile methodologies including 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech environment
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies
• Balanced business/technical background:
• Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
• Ability to provide leadership and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
